You’ll receive personalized written recommendations by email after Vila reviews your completed assessment and receive a scheduling link for a private Google Meet session with Vila.
Can I reschedule my Fit Session?
Yes. Fit Session may be rescheduled once if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable.
Do I need to enter a delivery address?
No physical product will be shipped.
Serene Settle services are delivered digitally by email and/or Google Meet. If a payment provider requests billing details, they are used for payment verification only.
