Our services are informational and educational in nature.

We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, investment, or real estate brokerage services.

Delivery Policy

Digital products and advisory materials are delivered electronically.

For personalized services, delivery begins after the required intake questionnaire has been submitted.

Fit Report is delivered electronically to email within 48 hours after receiving a completed assessment.

Fit Session includes Fit Report and a private Google Meet session scheduled after purchase.
A Designer’s Note is delivered electronically as an add-on.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on response time, service volume, weekends, public holidays, or incomplete submissions.

Payment

Payments are processed through via PayPal.

NewebPay / ECPay payment may be added after approval.

By purchasing a product or service, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.

Prices may change without notice and will not affect completed orders.

Prices may be displayed in USD for international reference. Final checkout may be processed in TWD depending on the payment provider used. Any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees are determined by the customer’s card issuer or payment provider.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products and services, all sales are generally final once work has begun, an intake questionnaire has been submitted, or materials have been delivered.

If a purchase was made by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and before submitting any intake information.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be granted at our discretion if no work has started.

No refunds are available after personalized work has begun or deliverables have been provided.

Fit Session may be rescheduled once if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable.
If Serene Settle is unable to provide the purchased service, we will offer rescheduling or a refund.

Intellectual Property

All reports, recommendations, guides, frameworks, written materials, and digital content provided by Serene Settle remain the intellectual property of the business.

Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our products and services.

This may include:

-Name

-Email address

-Lifestyle preferences

-Relocation plans

-Housing preferences

-Budget range

-Information voluntarily submitted through forms or questionnaires

We use this information solely to provide requested services, communicate with customers, and improve our offerings.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

-Rental approval

-Visa approval
